We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App
• Analyze your contracts using AI-powered tools
• Send you alerts about important contract dates and deadlines
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Communicate with you about updates and changes

3. Document Storage & Security

Your uploaded documents are securely stored using Firebase Cloud Storage with encryption at rest and in transit. Documents are only accessible to your account and are never shared with other users.

4. AI Processing

When you upload a document, it may be processed by AI services to extract key information, identify risks, and provide analysis. Document contents are processed securely and are not used to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and file storage
• Google AI: Document analysis and contract intelligence
• Resend: Email notifications and alerts

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and uploaded documents within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

The App uses cookies and local storage for authentication, theme preferences, and session management. These are essential for the App to function and cannot be disabled.

ContraSnap is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
