1. No Refund Policy
All ContraSnap subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including unused time remaining on a subscription period.
ContraSnap provides a free Starter plan that allows you to evaluate the service before purchasing a paid subscription. We encourage all users to try the Starter plan before upgrading.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Starter plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate charge or a charge made after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
4. Payment Processing
Payments for international customers are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms can be found at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Payments for South African customers are processed by PayFast.
