What payment methods are accepted?
South African customers pay via PayFast (card, EFT, Instant EFT, SnapScan). International customers are billed via Paddle, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, then drops to the free Starter plan.
Are there refunds?
All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Because a free Starter plan is available to try the service, we do not issue refunds on paid plans. See our Refund Policy for details.
What currency will I be charged in?
South African users are charged in ZAR. International users are charged in USD via Paddle, which may display your local currency equivalent at checkout.
